Poplar wood body with a satin finish matched with sustainably sourced roasted Jatoba fretboard atop a select maple neck make this Moonray-5 a wonderfully smart looking instrument. This is a seriously good bass guitar, armed with two Wolf Moonbase Humbuckers. This bass has the midrange punch to add wonderful definition to any musical setting and add punctuation to your rhythm section. For you Funksters out there, this is what you’ve been looking for. Super versatile, punchy, sensibly weighted with good sonic definition.

It has 2 x tone controls and 2 volume controls with a 3 position switch which is easy to upgrade to a 5 position mega-switch to allow for coil splitting due to the wiring method of the Moonbase Humbuckers, providing a large range of tonal options.

The Headstock is loaded with large, easy to tune Clover Wolf Tuners.
